  • All orders are shipped with tracked services from our UK warehouse.
  • You’ll be sent your tracking number in an email with your dispatch confirmation (please check your junk mail if you cannot see it!)
  • We always aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible (within one working day) but this may increase to up to 5 working days during sale periods.
Delivery to the UK
  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) - arrives in 2-5 working days: £2.49
  • Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) - arrives in 1-3 working days: £3.49
  • Next Working Day Delivery - arrives next working day when ordered before 1pm: £6.99

Next working day orders placed after 1pm on Friday & before 1pm on Monday will arrive on Tuesday (outside of bank holidays)

  • Standard Delivery - sent with Fedex & arrives in 4-7 days once shipped - $10.50 or free when you spend over $75!
  • Express Delivery - sent with Fedex & arrives in 1-3 days once shipped - £17.99 (only available in the US)

No customs charges!

  • Standard Delivery (Fedex tracked) - £7.99 or free when you spend over £75
  • Good news! You will no longer be charged customs on shipments under €150 as this will be paid for by us!
